Kristy brings over 20 years of experience working with children ages two through young adulthood. She has worked in a variety of school settings \u2014 including early childhood, elementary, and high school \u2014 as well as in private practice serving clients across the lifespan. She specializes in supporting children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, developmental delays, and family transitions. Kristy also has extensive knowledge of the IEP process and enjoys partnering with families to help them better understand and navigate school supports and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Believing that play and creativity are essential to building strong therapeutic relationships, Kristy creates a warm, engaging environment where children feel safe to explore emotions, build skills, and grow confidence. She utilizes a skill-based, solution-focused therapeutic approach tailored to each child\u2019s unique strengths and needs. Kristy values collaboration with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and practical strategies that empower families and strengthen connection throughout the therapeutic process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
